At Softhue, every poster is carefully made to order using premium materials. We aim to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible while maintaining the quality you expect from us.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Once your order has been printed, packaged, and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking details.

Please note that during peak periods, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship worldwide.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and local shipping conditions. Please note that all delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other external delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the products in your order.

From time to time, Softhue may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking link.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

If your tracking has not updated after several business days, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Once production has started, we cannot guarantee that address changes can still be made.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:


  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging (if applicable)

  • A short description of the issue

If approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

7. Returns & Exchanges

In summary:


  • Returns are accepted within the applicable legal EU withdrawal period

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original condition

  • Personalized or custom-made posters cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective

8. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees determined by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

9. Holiday & Peak Season Notice

During busy periods such as holidays and major sales events, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased shipping volume.

While we always aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed during these periods.
